More About Bryan Cotton...
Wanting to learn every aspect of the real estate market, Bryan then went to work for Perry Homes for two years. With the experience he gained concerning the new home market, he returned to his roots in real estate by establishing Bryan Cotton Properties in Friendswood.
Bryan Cotton has a passion for real estate and level of dedication to his clients that is second to none. The real estate market has changed much in the recent years and many of the changes are not necessarily good news for home buyers and sellers. Many real estate agencies have developed corporate-like policies and procedures often found in the largest of corporations, at the cost of personalized service. This tends to make clients feel more like a number than an important client. When you hire Bryan Cotton you can rest assured that you will be working directly with Bryan and not meet him for the first time at the closing table.
The most common complaint heard from new clients is that a prior agent simply did not listen to them. Buying or selling a home is quite often one of the biggest financial decisions a person can face, and the client needs someone who will listen to their needs, desires and concerns. Years of experience and dedication to clients are reasons to make Bryan Cotton your Real Estate Broker.
Bryan is a member of the Houston Association of Realtor, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Lifetime Member of The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
More About Martha Cotton...
In the ten years I have been in real estate, much has changed. The Internet has become a valuable tool for agents as well as home buyers and sellers. Digital photography, near instantaneous transmission of documents by email, and Internet research capabilities have definitely changed how we do business. However, these tools are no substitute for personal service, as buying or selling your home requires a personal touch, not a computer program. This is a “people business,” and a good agent must always keep this foremost in their mind when addressing a client’s needs and desires.
Although I am always happy to meet a new client, the majority of my business consists of referrals from happy clients and repeat business. This is a great compliment and I will continue to earn the trust of all of my clients by giving them the personal service they need and deserve. So if you need to buy or sell your home, or if you are simply considering doing so and need some information, please give me a call.
